The Lutheran Confessional
Church (LBK) is a member of the Confessional Evangelical Lutheran
Conference (CELC), which is an international and worldwide fellowship of
Lutheran churches, who want to be faithful to God’s Word and the Lutheran
Confessions. The CELC has the following members:

contacts the world over through WELS and ELS missions.
The CELC was founded in
Oberwesel, Germany, April 27-29, 1993.
The CELC accepts all the
canonical books of the Old and New Testaments as the verbally inspired and
inerrant Word of God and submits to this Word of God as the only infallible rule
and authority in all matters of doctrine, faith, and life.
The CELC also accepts the Confessions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church contained in the Book of Concord of 1580, not in so far as, but because they are a correct exposition of the pure doctrine of the Word of God.
